The Sponsor of this sweepstakes is SupplyHouse located at 130 Spagnoli Rd, Melville, NY 11747.

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and are a TradeMaster within the TradeMaster Program as of the entry date. Employees of the Sponsor, their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and household members are not eligible to enter.

The Sweepstakes begins on January 20, 2026, at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 3, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period.

You may enter via postal mail as often as you wish, but each postal submission must be mailed separately, postmarked by February 3, 2026, and received by February 10, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mechanical reproductions will be void. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged or postage-due mail-in submissions, all of which are void.

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 11, 2026, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within three (3) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must claim the prize within 5 days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Winner(s) will be required to provide mailing address which will be used to fulfill the prize. At the discretion of the Sponsor, Winner may be disqualified for any of the following reasons: if not eligible based on the eligibility requirements set forth above; In the event it is determined that the Winner has not complied with these Official Rules; has failed to execute and return any required documents within the specified time period; has made false statements or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable. Each potential winner also may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and a liability and/or publicity release. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and award of prize to an alternate winner. If the potential winner is deemed a minor under the laws of his/her place of residence, a parent or legal guardian may be required to sign any requested documents.

By entering, the participant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Mass entries generated by script(s), macro(s), or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired, and to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes in its entirety should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper execution of the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at Sponsor's discretion, determine the Winner using all non-suspect, eligible entries received, if any, that are unaffected by the problem. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple persons having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account at the time of Entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual (and void his/her Entries) it finds to be tampering with the Sweepstakes, intending to abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor, or any of its representatives or to otherwise be acting in violation of these Official Rules. CAUTION: Any attempt by a person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by the law and to disqualify such contestant from the Sweepstakes.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION: All personal data submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes or its prize fulfillment will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at https://www.supplyhouse.com/privacy. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree to such Privacy Policy. If you are chosen and confirmed as a winner, your first name and the first initial of the last name may be included in a publicly available winners list and/or otherwise be made available to authorities and the public when requested.
