We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible.
Tracking Freight Shipments
Heavier items will ship via one of our freight carriers. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number(s) of your package(s). Your email will also contain an estimated delivery date. Please note that the date provided is only an estimate. Delivery on the provided date is not guaranteed. The freight company will call you at least 24 hours in advance of delivery to schedule a drop-off time. You may also call the freight company directly to schedule. Please have your tracking number ready when calling to schedule delivery. To track a freight shipment, please use the following links:

Entering Your Shipping Information
UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes. All addresses should include a street address, city, state, and postal code. Addresses should also include a business name, if applicable. If special instructions are necessary, please note them on the checkout page.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information, including matching the address with the correct postal code as entered in the checkout process. If UPS can't find the shipping destination due to customer error, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the package to SupplyHouse.com and re-shipping the package to the correct address. If the customer decides not to re-ship after a package is returned to SupplyHouse.com, the order will be subject to our standard return policies including restocking fees.
Inventory and Lead Times
Inventory and lead time messages are updated for accuracy every day and are subject to change as orders are processed. If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, the available items will ship first. Remaining items will ship separately at no additional charge as inventory comes in.
Alaska and Hawaii
Orders over $500 shipping to Alaska and Hawaii receive a $50 discount. These orders typically arrive in 6–8 days with UPS standard shipping, and 9–12 days if they are freight orders. If you choose to ship through a freight forwarding company, SupplyHouse.com cannot be held liable for any exchange with a forwarding company. Once UPS confirms delivery, SupplyHouse.com is no longer liable for the package.
Experiencing Difficulties
If you experience any difficulties during the shipping process, please report them to us within 60 days so we can best assist you. If your package is delayed more than 48 hours or if your package is listed as "delivered" but is missing, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Using a UPS MyChoice Account
Specific shipping requests can be made through a UPS MyChoice account. MyChoice requests are handled exclusively by UPS. SupplyHouse.com may be unable to assist customers who waive liability while using MyChoice.
UPS Access Points
Occasionally, UPS drivers may choose not to deliver to a given address due to weather, location type, address issues, traffic accidents, or other unforeseen interruptions. If a driver is unable to get to your address, or if they don't want to leave your package unattended, they may opt to deliver it to a UPS Access Point instead where will be held pick up. SupplyHouse.com may not be given a reason that the package was delivered to an access point, and we aren't able to stop these transfers as they are a normal part of UPS' day-to-day operation.
In these cases, the customer is responsible for picking up their package from the Access Point, which may be a UPS or 3rd party facility. The customer will not be owed a refund or replacement, as the package will be considered delivered.
